What is the typical lead time?
Turn around times will vary depending on a number of factors, including complexity of design, size, and number of parts. Expedited services are available for an additional fee.
What is best type of drawing file to send?
Pdf versions of drawings are fine. Let us know if your drawings are in other formats.
What size parts can the equipment hold?
Our lathes can hold up to a 20" diameter part. The mills range from 60'x 32" to 48".
What types of material can be machined?
We have experience working with a wide variety of materials including titanium, manganese, stainless steel, plastic, and Inconel(TM).
What are the standard terms?
The standard payment terms are Net 30. Discounts are available for Net 15. Longer payment terms are subject to non-refundable deposits.
